What are Coronavirus Health Chats? 

These Health Chats are intended to inform the public about the Coronavirus and COVID-19, and cover several important topics:

  • What is Coronavirus?
  • Where did it come from?
  • Is it like the flu?
  • How does it spread?
  • How can I protect myself from catching it?
  • What are its symptoms?
  • When and where can I get tested?
  • How is it treated?
Are you a patient?

The Coronavirus Health Chats will also enable users to enroll in text alerts for things like travel restrictions or updated information from the Centers for Disease Control (who we have been in contact with during the development of this program). Additionally, for those people who are experiencing symptoms, these Health Chats will perform a simple symptom analysis to help determine their level of risk.
